When I’m not behind a camera or in a creative meeting, you’ll probably find me cruising around town with my husband in our 1984 Mercedes convertible, windows down and music loud. I love a good matcha latte from Crown Brew, weekend shopping trips with my sister Kasie, and spontaneous adventures with my best friends.
Those small, joyful moments remind me why creativity matters because it’s not just about what we make. It’s about how we live.
Leading with heart.
Over the years, my creative journey has taught me that storytelling is about more than marketing. It is about leading with heart. When we show up with authenticity and good intentions, we create space for others to do the same.
My greatest hope is that people leave my work feeling seen, inspired, and encouraged to take up their own space. Not by dimming anyone else’s light, but by shining so fully that others feel brave enough to shine too.
People often describe me as a creative cheerleader and a best friend in their corner. Whether I’m speaking on stage or brainstorming over coffee, I want every person I meet to walk away feeling energized, encouraged, and a little more confident in who they are.

I love to imagine what could be, new ideas, creative possibilities, and the stories that connect them. Whether I’m chatting with friends, meeting someone new, or brainstorming for a local business, my mind naturally drifts toward how we can make something shine.
When the world slowed down during the pandemic, I watched small businesses in my community struggle to reach people. That was when Britni Brainstorm began, as a way for me to help others find their authentic voice, stand out with creativity, and build confidence in who they are. I wanted to remind people that they didn’t need to copy anyone else. Their story, told with honesty and heart, was already enough.
